RACK reel rack heavy duty version

Rack made with spurs to achieve greater load-bearing capacity and to prevent accidental impacts. Integrated with shafts with a larger diameter and stronger single supports to the standard version. Reel holder shaft capacity 5000 kg.

Sides code 0080P made of 100x8mm UNP steel for increased strength and load capacity. Integrated with reinforcing elements to provide greater load capacity and to accommodate larger reels.
Single supports code 0023 with anti-spill safety of the reel shaft, offer the widest freedom of reel arrangement, as they do not necessarily have to be aligned thanks to the holes in the sides to which they will be attached.
Shafts with collars code 0015C-75 are made of 76.1×6.3 mm galvanized steel tube and equipped with self-lubricating ends that rotate within resin bushings, thus preventing wear of each element and optimal unwinding of the reel itself. Integrated with adjustable reel locking collars. 5000 kg capacity.
